Allolev teema on algatatud seoses Fredy OÜ (esindaja Fredy Jäätes) ja tema kliendi vahelise mootorattaehituse teenuse osutamisest tuleneva vaidlusega. Lisaks konkreetseid tellimusi ja sõidukeid puudutavatele postitustele tekkis selless teemasse kommentaare Fredy.ee klientidelt, nii rahulolevaid, kui ka selliseid milles esitati pretensioone ning väljendati selget rahuolematust ja kriitikat ettevõtte ja tema esindajate toimimise viiside üle. Nelja aasta vältel tekkisid üha uued ja uued teema teemad ning järjekordsed inimesed võtsid sõna, väljendades kas oma poolehoidu või nördimust.
Fredy OÜ ei pidanud võimalikuks vajalikuks tema vastu esitatud pretensioonidele ei foorumis ega muul viisil vastata ja otsustas selle asemel advokaadibüroo Ellex Raidla ning Mets & Co Õigusbüroo vahendusel ähvardada biker.ee saidi haldajaid kohtusse pöördumisega juhul kui talle mittesobivaid kommentaare teemasid täies ulatuses ei eemaldata.
Lisaks esitati ebaseaduslik nõue, et antud teemal ei tohi rohkem arutleda (vt allolevat viidet ja seal olevat kirjavahetust). Kuna Fredy OÜ otsustas jõuga vaigistada Eesti motoentusiastide kogukonna seletamata, mis päriselt juhtus siis ei saa me lubada tal jätkata selle liikmena. Tema kasutajakonto on nüüdsest määramata ajaks suletud. Muudetud: aus on anda asjaosalisele anda võimalus, et ei jääks ühekülgseks. Las tuleb ja räägib.
Kui Fredy peab vajalikuks avada lugu nii nagu see päriselt oli (Fredy väitel oli tõde teistsugune) siis me avaldame selle siin meelsasti ning taasavame tema konto ja ta on võrdväärse kommuniliikmena taas teretulnud.
Seniks on Fredy OÜ ja tema esindajad siin persona non grata.
Biker.ee saiti haldaval mittetulundusühingul puuduvad võimalused, et kontrollida esitatud väidete tõesust ning vahendid enda ja siin sõna võtvate liikmete õiguste kaitsmiseks kohtus. Seetõttu on ülalviidatud teemad ajutiselt eemaldatud kuni on selgunud uut, faktiliselt tõendatavat informatsiooni ja Fredy OÜ või tema esindajate teadaandeid.

The subject matter below has been initiated in the context of a dispute between Fredy OÜ (Fredy Jäätes) and a customer concerning the provision of a custom motorcycle building service. In addition to posts on specific orders and vehicles, comments on this topic were received from Fredy.ee customers, both satisfied and unsatisfied, expressing dissatisfaction and criticism of the company and its agent. Over the course of four years, new and new topics emerged, and yet new people took the floor, expressing their sympathy or indignation.
Fredy OÜ did not consider it possible to respond to the claims made against him in the forum or in any other way openly and instead decided to threaten the community of the biker.ee with the court of justice in case of unfavorable comments will not be removed.
In addition, an unlawful demand was made that there should be no further discussion on the subject (see link below and correspondence there; Estonian only).
If Fredy thinks it is necessary to open the story as it really was (according to Fredy the truth was different) we will gladly publish it here and reopen his account and he will be welcomed as an equal member of the community.
Til then are Fredy OÜ and his representatives here persona non grata .
