So what does the madass have over other 50cc scoots? /Madass.ca/
The more I look at the madass, its got some really cool features that other 50cc bikes dont have.
1. In-frame gas tank. Most scooters have a plastic or metal tub tank strapped into the plastic shell somewhere. Not exactly the most efficient use of space, weight management or looks. Putting the gas in the frame actually has a few nice benefits.
There's little chance of denting the gas tank. The frame is much thicker steel than a metal tank on most scoots, so its far more durable.
Its a good use of available space on the bike. Cleaner lines on the bike due to no bulky gas tank to hide under plastic panels or strapped to the outside of the bike.
Its less weight. Scoots that have tanks, normally also have a plastic shell to cover their unsightly looks, so you not only have the added weight of the tank, but also the weight of the asthetic shell.
2. Adjustable suspension. YUP, you heard me right. ADJUSTABLE SUSPENSION. The madass has a fully adjustable suspension. There arent many other scooters with an adjustable suspension, and to top it all off, the rear is a gas shock. Its a great setup that only takes minutes to adjust with a simple spanner wrench. If your not familiar with how to set up a bike suspension, take it to a good motorcycle shop and have them help you set it up. If you do it wrong, it can cause chatter, wide turns, sharp turning, loss of control, etc. Stand up on the foot pegs and bounce the bike up and down. For general riding, you want the front and rear to go up and down the same amount, and the same time. If the front or the rear comes up late....its time for an adjustment.
Take it for a ride. Find a nice smooth turn. Enter the turn with a little speed, and lean the bike over good. As you enter the turn, does the bike tend to require too much or too little steering on the handlebars? Have the front end adjusted. As you exit the corner, does it swing wide, does it feel like the rear end sags way down? Have the rear end adjusted.
3. Naked bike design. How nice of them to keep the bike clean, and not make it look like a rolling igloo cooler like all the other 50cc scoots. Not to mention it makes it easier to get yer tools on it....and we all know the madass just BEGS for fun with a wrench.
4. Triple trees and inverted forks....HELL YEAH. FINALLY. None of that, I stole the forks and handlebars from my schwinn looking garbage from the other scoots. Honest clean trees and real motocycle forks....the stuff of dreams.
5. Underseat center mounted exhaust.....drooling...you know to get this on a stock bike of any other brand, your looking at about 8grand on a liter crotchrocket. Has anyone ever seen another scoot come stock with underseat exhaust....I havent.
6. Fenders that ride tight...OH MY GOSH...holy cow...a manufacturer finally figured out that if you mount the fender to the swingarm and inverted forks, you dont need 10" of clearance between the tire and the fender to keep it from rubbing. Result : madass fenders.
7. Disk Brakes...front and rear. Well theres a revolution...how about that...a scoot that will actually stop before you hit the cager that pulled out in front of you...unlike the drum brakes on most scoots that are pretty much useless and are only good for one thing.....locking up.
8. Backlit digi-speedo....oh yeah....schaaaaawing. Should have wired it to the electrical though...batteries suck.
9. Bolt on handlebars.....aint it nice being able to get to the parts you want to change. On my other 50cc scoot, it was an all day nightmare of screwdrivers and wrenches to remove the nearly 8 lbs of plastic before you could even get to the bolts that held the handlebar on.

You can add these to your list:
1. The position of the engine is such that the center of gravity is actually centered.
2. When on the bike you straddle it. This is much safer and far superior when leaning in on turns.
3. The large wheels are much more stable than the wee ones found on most scoots,
4. More metal = less plastic.
5. 4 speed geared option.
6. Easy upgrade to a 70 or 90 cc. Bolt on a 125cc as the frame and brakes can handle it.
7. The bike can hold up to 420 lbs. You may not need it but is an indication of toughness and build quality.
The rear brake down on the right foot is nice for giving a couple taps to let the driver behind know your thinking about stopping.

Ei saanud pihta sellele...Maus kirjutas:Ise ostaks pigem liibuvaid ja läikivaid riideid, kui sõiduriista. Nüüd on aga hilja, kuskil läks midagi viltu ja tuleb mäurata.

Käivad kindlad jutud, et Sachs lõpetab oma mopeedi- ja mootorrattaprojekti. Ma ei tea, kas nad jõudsid oma 500-se müüki panna või ei. Igal juhul nad investeerisid tugevalt ja käivad jutud, et kaotasid tugevalt.
Sest et 'gondlit' Madass'idel pole ja inimesed kardavad.
Nii et kellel on, sellel on ja, ma kardan, lõpp sellel lool.

see on hirmvana teema aga ma tahaksin teada kuidas madassil piiraja mahavõtmine käib.see leht mis teema alguses oli näidatud,see on maha võetud.netist ka kuskilt ei leia.kas keegi teaks mingit lehte soovitada või ise kirjutada kuidas see käib?
